Here’s how Peakflo makes it easy to manage non-PO bills while keeping things simple and streamlined.
1. Go to "Biils" under Payables and click on "Add New".
2. Fill in the bill details and bill line item details, such as the vendor name, invoice number, and unit price. Skip the "Match PO", "PO Number", and PO Line Item Name fields when its a non-PO bill.
3. The payment type field is optional when no PO is tagged. Simply leave it blank.
4. Click "Save" to save the draft and then click "Submit for Approval" to process the bill. The system will skip the matching validations for non-PO bills when you save or submit them for approval (whether individually or in bulk).
5. If you have connected vendor portal, Peakflo will sync the bill to your vendor's system as an invoice.
If the AR side voids the synced invoice, Peakflo will automatically sync the status back to the bill, keeping both systems updated.
