What to do if payment fails due to network error?
Cause:
The bill fails to be paid and you see the error message Network error, read timeout
. This error occurs due to a network timeout issue with the payment partner, which temporarily prevents the payment from being processed.
Resolution:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps to reschedule the failed bills:
1. Go to the list of Failed bills and locate the specific bill showing the "Network error, read timeout" message.
2. Click the three vertical dots button from the upper right corner.
3. Select Reschedule from the options.
4. Add a new payout date and hot Apply to complete the rescheduling process.
