This article explains how withholding tax (WHT) is synced between Peakflo and NetSuite, ensuring that the correct WHT is mapped and captured in both systems.
Configure WHT Mapping
First you need to set up mapping between NetSuite and Peakflo correctly. To do so, follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to Settings and click on Integrations.
2. Select Oracle NetSuite.
3. Go to Configure Account Mappings.
4. Map NetSuite WHTs to the corresponding Peakflo WHTs that you wish to see in your Peakflo account. The WHTs without mapping will be hidden. Then click on "Save Settings".
How Does the Sync Work?
1. When WHT is created in NetSuite the same is synced to Peakflo.
Let's say you've created a WHT named "NIKH23" in NetSuite.
It will then be synced to Peakflo, allowing you to assign it to the corresponding WHT Name within the Peakflo system.
2. WHT is synced between bills in NetSuite and Peakflo.
Let's say you have a NetSuite WHT named "WC158_P24 " mapped to Peakflo WHT named "WC110".
So, when you select the WHT in Peakflo for a bill line item.
The same will reflect on NetSuite bill once synced.
When a WHT in a bill within Peakflo is modified, this change will be mirrored in the corresponding NetSuite bill after synced.
