Getting started on your actions is easy enough, but what does the whole process look like?   **Step 1: Open Actions Tab** ![](https://help.peakflo.co/hubfs/image-png-Jan-31-2023-06-27-16-5175-AM.png)   **Step 2: Select the action you'd like to do for the day** Here, you can either:  a. Select a specific action  ![](https://help.peakflo.co/hubfs/image-png-Apr-18-2023-03-26-16-0351-AM.png) b. Mass select actions Simply click on the checkbox at the top to select all actions, or select a couple of actions at once.  ![](https://help.peakflo.co/hubfs/image-png-Apr-18-2023-03-27-48-0949-AM.png) You can either **decline** ![](https://help.peakflo.co/hubfs/image-png-Apr-18-2023-03-28-48-3856-AM.png) ...and confirm that you'd like to delete the action(s) ![](https://help.peakflo.co/hubfs/image-png-Apr-18-2023-03-29-07-1960-AM.png) or you can reassign ![](https://help.peakflo.co/hubfs/image-png-Apr-18-2023-03-29-52-6568-AM.png) and choose the account manager you'd like to transfer the tasks to ![](https://help.peakflo.co/hubfs/image-png-Apr-18-2023-03-30-18-3131-AM.png)   **TIP: ** Want to focus on your actions? In the Owner name column, filter by your name and the Actions tab will only show the customers you're managing! ![](https://help.peakflo.co/hubfs/image-png-Apr-18-2023-03-17-31-0620-AM.png) **Step 3: Confirm action has been taken by clicking the Mark Done button.**   ![](https://help.peakflo.co/hubfs/image-png-Jan-31-2023-06-31-58-9568-AM.png)   ### **FAQ** **Is it possible to have a delete option in actions? ** Yes, it is possible to skip or delete action(s).
