I can't login, what should I do?
Having trouble logging in? Here are the steps to solve that:
- Check your credentials again and see if there's no typo.
- If the credentials are inputted correctly, please mail us at ops@peakflo.co.
- We'll provide new credentials shortly via email. Please check your inbox.
You could also ask your team partner or leader to help fix this for you. They can go to Settings → Users → and look for your email.
Once a popup appears, scroll down until you find Send password reset email.
This method is actually quicker because our system will automatically send you the email!
