I can't login, what should I do?

Having trouble logging in? Here are the steps to solve that: 

  • Check your credentials again and see if there's no typo.
  • If the credentials are inputted correctly, please mail us at ops@peakflo.co.
  • We'll provide new credentials shortly via email. Please check your inbox.

You could also ask your team partner or leader to help fix this for you. They can go to Settings Users → and look for your email.

Once a popup appears, scroll down until you find Send password reset email

This method is actually quicker because our system will automatically send you the email!
