How can vendors void an invoice?
When handling invoices, sometimes your vendor may need to void one, even if it’s already in the process of syncing with your Peakflo Accounts Payable system.
Important Note:
Your vendor can’t void an invoice if it’s still syncing to your Peakflo Accounts Payable system. Once the sync is complete, voiding is possible. If your vendor void an invoice at this stage, it will be updated in your Peakflo Accounts Payable system as well.
Here’s how this process works:
1. After your vendor has created, approved, and sent you the invoice via the Vendor Portal, the invoice will be reflected as a draft Bill in your Peakflo Accounts Payable system.
2. To void a synced invoice, your vendor can open the invoice, click on the three-dot menu, and select "Void Invoice".
3. The status of the invoice will get updated in your vendor's Invoice Timeline.
The same will also reflect in the Bill Timeline of your Peakflo Accounts Payable system.
