How can I add multiple payout methods for my customers?
You may want to allocate certain customers to different bank payouts. In this way, you can understand what’s the collected amount from a specific group of customers. For allocating payout methods to each of your customers, follow the steps below:
1. Go to the "Customers" tab under the "Receivables" section.
2. Then scroll to the right side of the screen and click on the pencil icon to edit the customer details.
3. Go to the "Payout Methods" under customer info and choose the payout account that you have in mind for the customer from the drop-down. Then click on "Save".
* Keep in mind that the "Payout Methods" field is only available for exising customers. For the customers that you want to add to Peakflo, this field is not available.
