Cause
You encountered the error message: INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION You do not have permissions to edit this transaction
This error occurs when the user attempts to edit a transaction. This error rarely occurs but is critical to address when it does. This error indicates the roles Peakflo Developer in Netsuite have either "no permissions" or "removed permission".
Resolution
To resolve the issue reach out to Peakflo's support team at support@peakflo.co and we will help you to cancel the sync with Netsuite and resolve the issue.
